yes, he will have the sweetest espresso bar and a little espressso bar fridge underneath with a selection of milks and his favourite espresso accoutrements.

When you are working remember that you will be a government employee and hence will be running what is essentially a government office - it will have the usual Soviet Bloc chic - mismatched chairs of unknown vintage/design, cracked/marked walls, poor lighting, En Route magazines from 1999....you get the sad picture. The patients would be lucky to be able to sip a cup of cafeteria coffee in the waiting room - there will probably be a sign that says "No food or drinks in waiting room". Ha ha ha. Now if you'd been a vet.....
