how can I do overnight call without an overnight bag?

as the relaxed lifestyle of dermatology draws to an end and I must start to take overnight call, I am somewhat troubled by the fact that I cannot seem to find that etro overnight bag at which I vigorously hinted last time I was shopping with mila. there really are not that many hiding places around here. maybe mila stashed it in the storage locker?
