mila, I hope you remembered to water the christmas tree while I was gone. and lightly mist your orchid's roots. and you better have used some of that stagrow in the tree water.
p.s. there was no restrainedly decorated tree in the call room.

Was there a tree at all? Or was there one with "gasp" coloured lights and ornaments! Maybe you should refuse to be on call in a room that is not decorated a la Gluckstein. Perhaps a call to Employment Standards would be in order.
gluckstein bores me. I have to supress a yawn every time I see one of his precise yet insipid rooms. I won't lie, though - I do have a clipping saved of his bedroom, which opens above to a glorious library.
