people I have spoken to at primus

jason*, rob*, paul*, stephanie*, julian†, jennifer†, sharjeel†, abdel†, maleka*, abdel,† aman†, aman†, vicky*, aman†, vicky*, aman†, sonya*, amrish†, eric*, denis*, beverly†, charmaine*, sean*, jasmin†, sherry†, fabian†, lisa†, swapnil†, roland†, lorna*, hazel*, kate*, louise*, kim*, wilson†, patrick†, paula†, kim†, gaye*, anna*, depika†.

* primus montreal
† primus india

swapnil is my best friend of the bunch. he told me lies, I yelled at him, he called my parents' house, told some lies, my dad yelled at him, he called me back, told me some more lies and I yelled some more. aman is also a big liar. I spent one hour on the phone with roland yelling at him to get me a supervisor. he won that battle, however, since the office closed while I was waiting and he just hung up on me. vicky was far less helpful than she was last year when I had dsl trouble. wilson was very helpful though, if I remember correctly.

While I realize that med school is pass/fail, I think that you should devote more time to your studies and less time to calling primus. Next time you feel like calling primus, perhaps you should place a call instead to someone in the psychiatry department, to ask about obsessive behaviour.

do you keep a pad next to the phone to write down everybody's name?

I wish I had kept a running log of all the folks at Sympatico that I spoke with from Jan-March re our internet access, both in Canada and India. Wonder if any of them moonlight at Primus. Sounds like the same customer service.

thanks for the advice, mom.

and yes, I keep extensive notes on all my phone calls, with names, of course. that way you can catch them in their lies. and they lie a lot. pretty much everything they say is a lie. I think they make up their names sometimes.

next time I chat with my friends, I will see if I can find out if they can work for more than one company. based on how little they actually knew about how primus works, they could probably manage a few dozen companies in their repertoires without taxing themselves unduly.

I feel sorry for these poor people in the Punjabi call centre. Imagine getting paid 12 cents per hour so people can yell at you!

next time I will patch you in on my calls since you seem to enjoy them so much!
