thought of the day

I think that my ideal vehicle for cheese flavour would have to be shredded cheese. I love chowing down on handfuls of grated cheddar. so much more convenient than slicing off a piece, and somehow I think I prefer the mouthfeel.

Please, a gourment connoisseur of your ilk surely must not believe grated cheddar to be that most flavourful.

Until you have experienced the bubbling Raclette in the heart of Switzerland, you know not what you speak of.

I feel sick at the thought. Perhaps it is because I keep preshredded cheese in the freezer, the consistency seems funny.

dear anonymous, I would take shredded over bubbling any day.

and dear mom, you have no one to blame but yourself for the travesty that is your frozen mozzarella.
