simon, no more food porn!!! you shouldn't be reading that smut, let alone creating it.
Does this mean that you did not enjoy dining out with your family on Saturday night? Were we not good company?
Simon, how confident are you that skate would work well in a ceviche?
Secondly, that line of cucumber dust looks awful lonely. I would have suggested a sweeter cucumber gelee?
Lone diner will note top points for customer service but the menu needs to be thought out a little more by the chef.
dear mom, team EV was great company. you must surely, however, see the benefits of solo dining.
and dear aldous, don't ask me about the ceviche! it was the chef's idea! and the line of cucumber dust looks great to me. it's pretty heavy duty on the flavour. I anticipate a yield of 1 tsp per cucumber. I will pass your comments on to the chef.
