harry potter and the I need book 6 right now
well this is just great: I do not have a copy of harry potter and the half-blood prince in london. how on earth am I going to do a prerelease reread without it?
also I cannot find my wand at the moment, and the july 21st midnight release parties are fast approaching.

I was hoping you were kidding about owning a Harry Potter wand, but I fear it is all too true! Did Mila make it for you? Oh, you kids. Born in the late 80s, I am guessing.
Anonymous, not only do Simon and Mila own matching wands, but they also own matching Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry uniforms.
our wands do NOT match! simon made mine first and it is so sweet. after he gave it to me, he was jealous and made himself a wand that is not quite as nice, no offence.

luke, you may have touched a sore spot. you see, my wand is from olivanders. I am not familiar with the provenance of mila's wand, but it does not appear to be from that aforementioned maker of fine wands. certainly one can do no better than olivanders for a wizard wand, so mila is probably a bit jealous.

also, i went to the library this morning and GOT YOU BOOK 6. i hope you feel bad because it took so long for them to find it (the book had just been returned and wasn't back on the shelf yet) that i missed the first appointment of the day (a well baby check--my fave!!!)
well a lot of good book 6 does when you are hiding somewhere in the hospital with it. I need that book you know. you are two seconds away from getting an overhead page.
