assuagement

having been curious regarding the edibility of spleen for some time, you can imagine how elated I was when I stumbled across chef fergus henderson's recipe for rolled pig's spleen.

aren't spleens toxic? or am i thinking of some other rando organ?

not funny, simon. also, fyi, 'mom' loves hearing about my avocado tree. she said it was very groovy to grow them in the 70s.
